Transformation Propositions

These propositions challenge fundamental assumptions about how government operates. Each represents years of work proving their feasibility and exploring their impacts. While I've advanced each through products, pilots, and policy frameworks, these transformations remain ongoing. The work extends beyond these four into the many territories where institutional defaults still need rewriting.

Automated Environmental Review

Environmental review has become a procedural bottleneck that delays critical infrastructure and housing without improving outcomes. Automating the analysis pieces transforms months of process into minutes of computation, allowing people to focus on higher-order judgments.

As an Urban Tech Fellow at Cornell Tech, I pushed this from theory to practice:

Machine-Readable Zoning
