Automated Environmental Review
Environmental review has become a procedural bottleneck that delays critical infrastructure and housing without improving outcomes. Automating the analysis pieces transforms months of process into minutes of computation, allowing people to focus on higher-order judgments.
As an Urban Tech Fellow at Cornell Tech, I pushed this from theory to practice:
- Convened NYC agencies and mobility companies to surface CEQR streamlining opportunities
- Produced the "How NYC Moves" transportation analysis automation playbook
- Prototyped standardized analysis modules for cross-jurisdiction deployment
